What is Picture Perfect Share?
Picture Perfect Share gives your event one gallery for guest photos, videos, and messages. Share its QR code or gallery link so guests can contribute and revisit the moments they captured.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests can open the gallery in their browser from a QR code or link. If a host makes a gallery private, viewers will need to sign in to see its content.
How do guests find my event gallery?
Each event has a gallery link and a QR code you can share with guests. They can scan the code or open the link on their phone to visit the gallery.
How do I show guest messages in the guest gallery?
Open your event under Events, then go to Design Workspace → Gallery Design. Under Gallery Text, turn on Show Guest Messages and wait for Saved. Written notes will appear in the Guest Book section of the guest gallery. Voice recordings stay private to the host.
