Guest Contribution Agreement

By uploading a photo or video, writing a message, or recording an audio message, you confirm that it is yours or that you have permission from the owner and any identifiable people whose image or voice it includes to share it.

You grant the event host and Picture Perfect Share permission to store, display, reproduce, and share your photos, videos, and written messages as needed to operate the event gallery and its related features. Written messages may appear publicly in the gallery. You also permit us to store and deliver your audio message privately to the event host and authorized event collaborators. Audio messages are not displayed in the public guest book or included in the gallery’s social-sharing controls.

Hosts and authorized collaborators may share links to the gallery or individual photos and videos on social media. Those posts may include a preview of the event name and shared media; who can open the gallery still depends on the event’s access settings. Once a link or downloaded content is posted to a third-party platform, its availability and reuse may be governed by that platform and the person who shared it. Picture Perfect Share does not publish directly to your social accounts.

You agree not to share unlawful, harmful, infringing, private, or inappropriate content. You remain responsible for what you share.

Content may be removed or access may be restricted when necessary. Do not submit anything you do not want the people authorized to receive that type of content to access. Removing content from the gallery may not remove copies that others already downloaded or shared outside the service.
